Our Story

We are Iza Artisan Crafts, a small workshop in Kitwe, with a big passion for creating beautiful, functional homeware pieces using concrete.

Our founder ,Iza Nalondwa, discovered her love for concrete while experimenting with creating concrete planters for her mum, and decided to turn her passion into a business. In 2021, Iza Artisan Crafts was born.


Our values include sustainability, innovation, and quality. We're committed to using environmentally responsible practices in all aspects of our business, and strive to constantly innovate and improve our products.

We also believe in the importance of quality, and take pride in creating handmade, durable products that our customers can enjoy for years to come.

Where are your products manufactured?

We are a local company and all our products are made with love here in Kitwe, Zambia

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are only shipping in Zambia.

What is your shipping policy ?

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow one day to process your order. Expect an email within 28hrs to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL PICKUP :

15 Mpezeni Avenue, Parklands. Kitwe
Orders can be picked up daily, from 9am to 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the “continue to shipping” button. Local delivery is available for addresses within of Kitwe. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders placed before 12pm during store hours (9am to 5pm) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

How much is shipping?

For any purchases, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Merchandise that is unused and in the original packaging can be returned within 30 days with the packing slip included with the product.
